All orders are shipped using a 48-hour tracked shipping service where available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your order has been handed to the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to change it once your order has been processed or dispatched.
10 Rules is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
